This consultation is an excellent choice for travelers who have a clear plan or concept of their itinerary, but need specific advice on transportation, lodgings, tour, dining options, and cultural activities, among other things.

However, this consultation may not be the right fit for travelers in need of a comprehensive written itinerary. If you fall into this category, we recommend exploring our Sultan package instead.

The Sultan package is our premium itinerary planning service. We will prepare a custom-designed day-by-day itinerary, including personalized recommendations, detailed transport information and links to book tours, activities and accommodations.

Our custom itinerary planning service is ideally suited for travelers who are pressed for time or are inundated with numerous options and unsure of where to begin. We will collaborate to craft an itinerary that is uniquely tailored to your preferences.

Kindly be informed: I’m unable to make accommodations or tour bookings on your behalf. However, your itinerary document will include all the necessary direct links for you to manage your reservations with ease.

For travel consultation, we appreciate that you contact us at least 2 weeks in advance. For itinerary planning service, please try to contact us 4 weeks in advance to ensure that all of our recommended activities and accommodations are not already sold out.

We offer itineraries to the touristic regions of Turkey, which are shaded in light red in the photo below.

Yes, we can provide general advice on visa and travel insurance, but we cannot complete your visa or book your travel insurance for you. We can give you the exact tools and information you need to get your visa and travel insurance stress-free.

Because of the nature of this type of service, we cannot offer refunds for our travel consultation or itinerary planning service.

Our travel consultation and itinerary planning service is designed for before your trip. However, we are happy to answer any questions you might have during your trip, but note that we might not be able to get back to you in an urgent manner.
